The hiring of Politicians' children

How qualified is Hunter Biden to serve on a Ukrainian oil and gas board ? How qualified was Chelsea Clinton to be hired by NBC for $ 750,000.00 a year ? You know, NBC, the company owned by GE who got BILLIONS of taxpayer money to open a locomotive plant in Brazil under the Obama administration while Hillary was on board ?

Hunter Biden works for a huge consulting firm, it’s very reasonable to assume that he may be qualified, but the timing is peculiar for sure.

I wonder if it occurs to the children of pols who get those plum jobs, that it’s not normal to have a job that pays $600k or $750k, in a new job and a sector that they have zero experience in? Is that how they believe the world works, or do they know they’re getting special treatment?

The Trumps create and run companies. Dems work for those that create and run companies. There's your difference. You have to go back to Jimmy Carter for the last Democrat president to actually own and run a company. That's embarrassing.

What was his job there? What is his “consulting” background and area of expertise? What sort of experience did he have to earn that expertise?
I know he spent a lot of time on skanks and blow, but I suppose it’s possible he found time to hone some fantastic business knowledge in between. I’d love someone to lay out how and what for me, though.

None of the Trumps are drawing a salary from the govt. Not sure on Kushner though.
Ivanka is worth $300-500 mil on her own business. Eric and Don jr run the family business. So I would say they are very qualified...
