I heard them talking yesterday evening about how Kavanaugh would need to recuse himself from a lot of cases because he "was too partisan".
I thought that was particularly hilarious with how they revere Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the most partisan member in the history of the court...

This is about to be the Biden rule unintended consequences bullshite all over again.
They are going to force the issue about trying to remove a SC justice for being "unfit" for the court on moral grounds and once that fails the Republicans are going to use it to target RGB to be removed for being unfit due to medical issues.
