Man I love Trump but we've seen him do this shuck and jive for 10 years at this point.
Sometimes he legit hits a home run. Sometimes hes all hat, very little cattle and is reduced to spinning a tiny concession or a very minor victory as a "home run".
This is clearly a textbook example of the latter scenario.

I know, right? It was insane how Macron shows up in the glasses to whine, after his husband dotted his eye. We even had a governor over there weeping OMB. There were some world class cray folk perched up there.
