Guarantee this has nothing to do with his connection to the Clintons (muh Russia). Instead, they are simply going after him because they hate Putin. If anything, they will try to find something linking him to Trump. Perhaps Trump's cousins' sister's boyfriend once sailed on his yacht or something.

Their story is that it must be connected bc Kushner had some connection to this guy and that Trump obviously passed the missing classified documents to him.
