Arrest for Obstruction, then.
This coming election and the post-election repercussions will be like none ever before in this Nation. Whichever Side holds formal power thereafter will move to cement their power structure.
I think said power will ultimately be Military based, via Biden's "F-15s" throw down, but I'm just a hayseed in the country. We'll find out pretty quick.

Trump lost GA, AZ, and WI by a combined 43,000 votes. Had he won those 3 states, it would have been a 269-269 tie and the House would have re-elected Trump.
I believe the DOJ is putting together a case so that Trump can justifiably say the 2020 election was stolen. If you show enough fraud in these 3 states, then that claim becomes pretty valid.

You think they found "nothing" in Georgia? Arizona? New Jersey? Pennsylvania just purged thousands of voters from their roles after NJ was exposed. There have already been Democrats arrested in Wisconsin for voter fraud in 2020. But you think there's "nothing."

There should be a govt repository for these type of claims where average joe can go on there, sift through data, make their own inferences, etc.
