Well, sure. Steaming milk and mixing it with something with a much stronger flavor will make its taste hard to discern. You can tell an enormous difference when drinking it straight or using in cereal, though.

Me and my family drink gallons of milk a week, but its laughable to pretend that lactose intolerance is a fake problem.

Soy contains phytoestrogens, estrogen-like compounds that can mimic the hormone’s effects in humans, a discovery that led to fears about it disrupting hormones and “feminising” men. Clinical studies have consistently shown those fears are overstated. Even so, neo-Nazis continue to push the theory that soy milk is a liberal conspiracy to emasculate men.

Both Silk and Alpro contain just 2% almonds. “It’s actually a water-based emulsion that you’re adding oils, a lot of sugar and gums to, and then just adding a couple of nuts on top,” Elmhurst’s Cheryl Mitchell said. “As a business model, it’s great – any time you can sell water, right? That’s essentially what they’re doing.”

So it will feminize men, but we shouldn't fear this. Pretty much the rationalization for all of modernity.

If recognizing that soy is not fit for mass human consumption is Nazi, call me Goebbels

Yes...net. The benefits of milk after childhood are heavily outweighed by the fat and calories.

I've read a lot of stuff on nutrition over the last 60 years and most of the articles on milk being unhealthy were long before the internet was invented.

Lol more failed Boomer Dietary Science

Milk is good.

A bowl full of sugar coated crisped oats soaked in milk is bad.

That's true. But there is something called 'accommodation.' If you put skim on your cereal every day it will at first seem watery. But if you return to whole milk after a month of skim, the milk will seem like heavy cream.

Why do we drink milk from another animal as humans? It has always been bizarre and seemlingly unnatural to me.

I think the point is how about a person drink what they choose and allow others to do the same. It's not that hard

They're technically right - I'm not opposed to impossible burgers which are fricking amazing and an improved plant based milk alternative.

The meat and dairy industries are fricking BARBARIC I feel guilty about supporting it on a daily basis

I don't think an alternative is necessary. Milk should be available to everyone who wants it. So should booze and candy. But milk should not be promoted as a 'healthy need'. That came from heavy PR from the dairy industry back in the 40s.

Hell, they had commercials back then where doctors recommended smoking cigarettes.

People should make their own choices but they should not bitch about the consequences of bad choices. Like being 50 pounds overweight and whining about your knees.

I encourage everyone to visit a poultry plant. You should know where your food comes from.

Teenagers now consider cow’s milk less healthy than plant milk alternatives, a development the former chairman of Dairy UK, David Dobbin, called “a demographic time bomb”.

These retards are indeed a time bomb but not because of their choice in milk, it's because they are an incredibly ignorant and gullible generation.
