Those cops in all that body armor look like total retards. Listening to a few snippets of CNN et al re: the planning, preparation and "intel" in advance of this depraved riot, well according to them (MSM and Cap Police guest) there was indeed intel intercepted even as late as yesterday afternoon, and that a riot was expected.
