So a convicted liar a fraudster claiming Trump directed him to do something that would have been legal for Trump to do himself is some sort of gotcha? Why didn’t Cohen record it? He recorded their other interaction concerning McDougal, which was also completely legal by the way.

I though we had Russian collusion?

Its so fricking stupid. As if he has no reasons to want his affairs kept secret other than his campaign. The same campaign where he endured some 15 sex abuse accusations.

All of the "Mueller wrapping up" talk has liberals desperate.

This charge would have been thrown out and was carefully construed and rolled into a plea in which he was stone cold guilty on serious charges that had nothing to do with Trump. Honest Bob

if the co-conspirators were not lying and counting on.pardons this would be easier.

Are you sure you read it all?

It's a lot. More to come. Patience.
Flynn is more important than you let on. Flynn is being let off Scot free. He outed them all. Its coming. One at a time.

He was Trump’s lawyer, and the acts did benefit Trump. It’s no stretch of imagination to conclude that Trump instructed him to do it. In fact, the suggestion that Cohen didn’t act on the direction of his client is more outlandish.

And somehow it seems outrageous to some of you that Trump would have engaged his own lawyer to take action on Trump’s behalf. That’s what brainwashing does.

Let us know when there’s some evidence of something, anything. All this conjecture from people who hate Trump because he says mean things isn’t even worth its weight in cow shite

Of course he did it under Trump's direction, but that doesn't make it a campaign violation. It could be to avoid personal embarrassment/ marital discord. Many campaign finance expert attorneys have stated that there is no way it was a prosecutable violation. Just because you plead guilty to something, doesn't mean what you plead guilty to is actually a crime.

The Obama campaign violated law by taking foreign money. Should Obama be prosecuted for that? If you say no, then clearly you don't care about campaign finance violations.

Except for the fact Trump,is on tape discussing a payoff with Cohen explicitly telling him to do it legally and on the up and up

They spend 40 million dollars to discover a campaign finance violation that may result in a 100k fine?

Stormy still owes DJT 800k. Minus the 130 and 100 fine, DJT still netting up 570 for fricking her.

That’s a boss move.

for real if all this collusion talk ends up with is

1. Trump paying off women he fricked being spun as a "campaign finance violation"

2. Trump's team having a meeting with Russian assets where they tell the staffers they have the DNC emails, only to have Trump's people pass (and the emails end up released to the world a few days later)

then that's no victory

These delusional nutty pieces of shite who still obsess over an election 2 years ago are hilarious.

And somehow laughing at them is “melting”

It is bizarro world, like some bad fantasy flick where they are the mindless minions of the evil queen

Remember all this is because of one of the most evil bitches of our time not winning an election.

This is what I don't understand. Trump has probably paid off plenty of people before his run for pres. Cohen is probably the person to pay them off. I am sure they can dig all of those out of the archives. It is what people with money do. Mr Trump we can fight this lawsuit in court and chances are good we will win. It will cost you a million in lawyer fees. Or we can pay them 130k and they will sign a nondisclosure so it doesn't go public and harm your family

Trump then just references the past payoffs Cohen made for him prior to running for pres and any direction was similar to past payoffs. He never instructed him to use campaign funds and he don't use campaign funds.

So what would be the crime?
