Dems were simply “reminding” veterans of what the law says about disobedience. But Trump, who similarly reminded these Dems of the penalties of sedition, was clearly threatening to kill people.

It’s stories like these that get the esteemed board “centrists” telling on themselves.

Dems: You don't have to follow illegal orders.
Trump: No shite, but you can be executed for willfully defying lawful orders.

What seems to be the problem here?

I would say believing you can simply pretend away existing reality is more insanity than it is “free thinking,” but that’s just me.

"Pretending" would be 10x better than the current actions of the government to "better your life."

Its called "doubling down" on stupidity.

For sure. That’s why I vote 100% of the time for the binary choice that is least likely to meddle in mine, of more to the point lately, just do so less than the other.

Yeah, the reality sort of sucks in many ways. I wish I could pretend it away as much as you.

Youre simply supporting the status quo, you just think your guy is a "maverick."

I knew exactly what we would get with Trump, we've been here before. Lots of debt.

As usual lately, you appear engaged in some other bizarre alternate discussion that doesn’t seem to have anything to do with what I’m saying. Carry on, I guess, brother.

No, you just didnt like the answer.

You knew what you were getting with Trump, more debt and the status quo of kicking the can down the road.

Its not any better than the position we were in.

When your two choices are Kamala and Trump, not voting is absolutely a viable choice. Their economics will result in the same thing.

You just made pretty close to the same analogy I made.

In case you couldn’t tell, I was agreeing with you.

Roger, the economy is sputtering because Democrats have had control for 12/16 years. The economy is sputtering because the previous regime printed more bills in 4 years than the rest of our country's entire life. It is sputtering because our infrastructure cannot support 40 million illegals and 42 million SNAP recipients not contributing a god damn thing to our bottom line.

A President cannot snap their fingers and make economic policy change, and then we as people see the effects of that economic policy change in just 8-10 months.

So Trumps 8 trillion in debt in 4 years had no part in this economy?

I expect Progressives to run up our debt, I was hoping our Republicans would slow it down.

No, it's pansies like you who fall for the evil rhetoric from the left that are the enemies. Go be a Democrat, fool!

Did you read anything that would cause the military to disobey orders like democrats claimed?

You are making my point. You see... you can choose to ignore all context, history, character, and implication to make the more literal, logic-based argument defending these democrats with complete utility. You and your wingnut friend SFP did that well yesterday.
The probelm for you is, the foundation from which you made that argument collapses from under your feet the second you deny that same logical and literal license to Trump. Then your defense of democrats melts into partisan bitching masquerading as a logical argument.

Having your cake and eating it too is a privilege reserved for elite democrats. Real conservatives like you have to be consistent.

I'd recall all that were officers just to spite them and put them under his command.

Thats it? Thats all you've got?

You losers are some desperate for a win over OMB. Must suck taking L after L knowing your party caved on the shutdown and can't do anything to stop the Trump momentum.
