Yes you cannot use hindsight
I boldfaced it for you when I quoted your post. it’s right there for everyone to see.

Y'all are still whining about the dead dyke?
It's over.
Old news.

If you can’t see the difference, I suggest you not be allowed to drive a vehicle
Vehicles are not intended to kill things.

Try actually reading what he wrote.

It DOES look like he reaches across the hood.
Do you think, that the bumper striking his midsection had anything to do with that?

if the road had been completely dry, I don't know if he would have slid out of the way or if he would have been run over.
Well, luckily, he wasn't an idiot, and standing completely upright, or the movement of the car would have definitely caused him to be run over.

And I doubt you’ve seen the video from the agent’s cell phone which clearly shows that Good was trying to avoid confrontation and was turning the wheel away from the agent. I’d be surprised
If it was shown on any news sources you frequent, but it’s pretty damned clear and includes audio that is revealing…

Hammers, shovels, baseball bats, etc aren’t intended to kill people either… But that doesn’t stop people from using it in that manner

Real bullets as opposed to what? Rubber bullets? Bean bags?

And? What do you think that statement has to do with this situation?

It is a game to these people. Very immature adults.

These kids think they are playing a game. They think there will be no accountability. They've been told they can do this "resisting" and get away with it. The Democrats have taken advantage of stupid weak people. They are practically "human sacrifices" for the left.

The second shot, when she is past him, and he points the gun through the window and shoots her in the head at point blank range... ??

Clearly the threat had not been neutralized. Two shots later it was.

Adrenaline is a hell of a thing. Your post is completely irrelevant to the legality of the shoot, though.
