- Either we take this deal that has concessions in it or
- Mitch and Schumer will send their own team to work a deal.
- At that point, it will pass the Senate and there are 10 GOP members in the house that WILL CROSS OVER and vote for it.

Basic understanding of US Civics should be required to post on this board. Both the Senate and House have to pass a budget.
The House has to pass the bill regardless of where it starts.
