You don’t even grasp what all that means. Just assume it’s bad. ? It’s not.

It basically means this was all a massive waste of time. Nothing has changed. Sure, we wiped out their air force and most of their Navy, but they were never a threat in the first place. They still have thousands of missiles and drones. The whole point of doing this was to get the uranium and or regime change. Neither of which has happened.

You don’t know how many missiles and drones they have now, nor what to choot em from still exists in working order, nor how many trained personnel are even around and available who can proficiently boot them up and figure out which one is the choot em button. But you just throw it out there anyway, as if anyone should doubt it. It’s hard to get past and attempt serious discussion.

They have about 90,000,000 people in the entire country. Are you suggesting that we wounded 1 in 6 of the population?

until now the strait was controlled and often held hostage by Iran, that is not really open Iran’s fast boats, navy, mine layers and missiles covering the strait are now destroyed when the deal is signed, Iran will no longer be able to control the strait and attack ships, seize cargo and hold hostage the safe passage of ALL legal traffic then it will be fully open

Those are the true facts..

In the last 10 years Iran has seized over 20 commercial vessels. Don’t forget John Kerry thanked Iranian authorities for capturing and posting U.S. navy personnel crying in 2016.
Iranians were regularly harassing, threatening, and delaying foreign vessels traveling through the straights. If the libs get back in charge, oil and gas industry US will be punished and derailed, causing us to depend more and more on the ME for oil. Trump did all dem politicians a future favor by knocking the Iranians dick in the dirt.

The intermediate/long-term IRGC plan was to control the strait, or at least maintain the continual threat. The associated effect on insurance rates was not insignificant previously, and it's through the roof now. Iran rationalized it could capture some of those costs for itself by guaranteeing safe passage at a cost less than current insurance rates.

Exactly what is it I’m making up?? Did I write that 15 million Iranian people have been wounded?

they were fully heading towards charging a toll on legal cargo ships through the strait

something they had no right to do

quote:

Iran's De Facto Enforcement: Iran maintains a massive military and naval presence throughout the area and often utilizes an enforcement strategy to reroute and monitor vessels through narrow corridors north of Iranian islands.

Contested Waters: While Iran and Oman control the map geographically, the Strait is legally an international strait. As a major geopolitical chokepoint, it frequently experiences intense policing and operational maneuvers by international militaries—including the United States—to ensure freedom of navigation.
