Details of the signed memorandum of understanding:
- The Strait of Hormuz will be fully reopened.
- Iran will not charge transit fees.
- The United States will make no payments to Iran.
- Sanctions on Iranian oil are lifted.
- Lebanon joins the ceasefire.
- 60 days are granted to negotiate nuclear issues.
