Note that it is in federal court which generally has a much more conservative pool to pick from not just a downtown population typically liberal.
potential 5 year prison sentence upon conviction. Most likely removed as a judge and could lose law license.
That is a pretty strong message to sanctuary people ... lets see who is next .
