No one knew what was in the first bill, yes or no? Speaker had to know and tried to sham us. Even a simple 100 pg bill had a submarine. Does the Pentagon not have money for 1 sub?

Johnson and the Republicans made the bill, got everybody's pork in there and the votes necessary on both sides.
