Police have a “person of interest” in custody. No, they have a black man in custody and they will not show his photo, just like they would if police had a “white supremacist” in custody if the perpetrator was caucasian.

He was fleeing another crime per MSNBC.
Police chasing him possibly to blame. Don’t know the motive. The fact that a black nationalist, who talked about running down people and killing whites…certainly didn’t run down people and kill whites just for that reason. Certainly not terrorism.
