Not remotely what I said, Timmy. I said that he had no right to read in such a way as would violate the city ordinance: quote: No person shall make ... any noise disturbance within the City of such volume ... as to annoy or disturb any other reasonable person ....

Sounds like an unconstitutional ordinance if you ask me. Freedom of speech in public, no?

Sounds like any noise over a talking voice can be illegal.

Good thing you trust the average beat comp to determine this.

Your argument here is for community standards, I support that all the way through, unlike yourself.
Yet you do not seem to understand that (in a Constitutional republic) local "community standards" are subject to limits imposed by the Constitution.

Roger is a liar. When you find a thread in which Roger has NOT told an objective falsehood, you have found a unicorn.

Watch how he fails to link any post in which I have said that which he just attributed to me.

No, because the ordinance is content-neutral.

Rapper or preacher, the community expects you to share your thoughts at a reasonable volume.

When government over steps on its citizens, it's good that it's filmed.

Not only is the police department now in a bad light, but Christianity and Its glory:is forced into the media.

If this was a BLM or antifa member spouting nonsense over a loudspeaker while torching a civic building, what would have happened?

Yep, nothing.

This is correct. Is just seems you are taking the wrong side of the constitutional arguments vis a vis speech and child mutilation.

I'll be damned. He's unfortunate.

*I caught the sarcasm. That was just a snarky retort in agreement with your comment.

In response to the event, Unity Project of Watertown spokesperson Robin Kangas shared this statement: "Yes, we had a Neo-Nazi group show up to protest our event. But you know who else showed up? The police department working hard at keeping us safe and the event peaceful. A group of religious leaders including rabbis, pastors, and priests affirming the individuals and community at the event.

“Allies and members of the [LGBT] community who spent the rest of the day laughing, sharing joy, making friendships, and spreading love. The Neo-Nazi group tried to derail us, but they failed. At Watertown’s Pride in the Park, love won."

At a drag show. This is a drag show.. and they act like its some sacred event.

The same town has an ordinance regarding children and sexual materials, but I bet that was ignored as well.

child mutilation.
FFS, the Pride event (which was being protested by GAG, Nazis and Bible Thumpers) was not ABOUT transitioning little kids. It was gays and drag performers trying to destigmatize their lifestyles in the minds of rational people.

The extremists protesting at this event as related to "child mutilation" are the equivalent of Westboro Baptist disrupting soldier funerals to protest homosexuality.

Supported by NAMBLA.

At least you have that going for you.

Let's examine that, because it MAY have some kernel of reason to it.

Please quote the relevant ordinance, and show us EXACTLY what behavior (a) was violative of the ordinance and (b) was ignored by the police.

The only “lifestyle” of a drag Queen is the outward gratuitous sexualization of themselves for attention. That’s it. Prove me wrong. What else about their lifestyle are they trying to get you to accept?

Trying to force children to accept as normal part of life public self sexualization is abhorrently evil.

I had no doubt you’d be lining up to defend them.

It’s not up to the police to decide. They should have just arrested them and let the courts sort it out right? That’s what you said in this thread already.

Another perfectly-valid issue to explore, given that NAMBLA advocates for criminal activity.

Please show us the agenda which includes NAMBLA speakers. Hell, please show us even a pro-NAMBLA placard or sign.

We both know that you can do neither. You are throwing shite against the wall and hoping that no one calls you out for the stench.

The extremists protesting at this event

Only a retarded human being would view protesting kids at drag shows as "extremism."

How many dicks did you suck to get your law degree?
