FWIW, Hank didn’t truly define “noise” when pressed earlier.

Choose you this day whom you will serve…..
Then everyone go about their way
We can argue mans law all day long. Was the kid right or wrong by law, ordinance, etc?
But, one day all will bow to Jesus. Either willingly or begrudgingly.

Yet you deflect again.
YOU are the goose-stepper defending a “noise” ordinance that was used to arrest an individual practicing his 1st amendment right to free speech.
You support authoritarianism - period.

Your issue should be with the legislators, not the cops.
Use this opportunity to level up your civil game.

Thte town has an ordinance, like most towns, preventing obnoxious disturbances.
Define “obnoxious” as it relates to an ordinance designed to be weaponized.

How would you like it if you were in the town square trying to chill and some buffoon was reading the Koran loudly? It would be irritating as hell.
True, but unless it is directly tied to an actual (MEASURABLE) decibel level, then I would defend his right to do so.
That is the ONLY acceptable answer concerning free speech.
Then again, you were a shot Nazi, so you supporting leftist Hank does not surprise me.

Why not both.
It was based on the determination of “reasonable” by the cops.
They should be ridiculed for their stupidity as well.

One other thought.
Isn’t Wisconsin where they have allowed the Muslim call to prayer to be blasted over public loudspeakers?
I get it, that we are speaking of city ordinances, which would be different in these two cities, but I find it interesting both are happening in Wisconsin. Sounds like some groups might want to take one of the other ordinance up the Wisconsin legal chain.
ETA: it might be Minnesota where the call to prayer is, I haven’t googled it yet.
ETAA: personally, I believe said he should be allowed to make their ordinances, so I really don’t have a problem with both

Pretty much.
We elect lawyers who then create complex, petty laws to keep them in business.

The citizens of this community decided that they did not want to fill their neighborhoods with loud, obnoxious noise.

Just make sure there's no condemnation of the fairy religion, they don't like that.

Shhh. You are trying to speak in facts to a board full of conspiracy nuts.

Then you should never again complain about people wanting to ban drag queens with their children in a given community.
But you aren't consistent at all.
