The "who" part of that question is easy -- liberals.
The "in their right mind" clause is more tricky.

Seriously, the best thing you can do when you are broke and constantly worrying about you, is to do a job you may not normally like and be of service to someone else who is not as well off as you. I guarantee you will forget all about your problems. Why did we all of a sudden in 2021 forget that this is what has sustained a lot of people throughout human history?

Had to follow it to Twitter for the responses. People wanting Ted voted out to "look for a real job". Atop that shiny liberal Christmas/"holiday" tree is a guy in government for decades that hasn't done shite. I mean hasn't done anything helpful.
