So? There were 378 arrivals and departures at the Cancun airport yesterday. That is flights, not total people.
Lots of people go to Cancun when it is cold outside.
Looking at the calendar for the Senate I don't think they are in session.
What is he supposed to do? Stay in Houston and hand out blankets?
