Bob Good’s opponent could have been Mao Zedong or Atilla the Hun, McCarthy was going to support him. McGuire only looks bad because McCarthy endorsed him. It was personal for McCarthy.
With that said McGuire is not a step back in conservatism. In fact he may be more right leaning than Good especially on the issue of J6.

It’s crazy how MAGA is portrayed as conservative, but the head MAGA guy is a RINO especially when it suits his vanity and or chant for punishing people on his side who dare endorse someone else.
