So once they were opened, you are stating that was a definitive invite.

Interesting take.

True story.

Mrs. Babbit is dead is because she refused to obey the lawful commands of police officers to leave the scene and still insisted committing a crime with more to come.

So was Crispus Attucks.

Oh so now you’re ok with killing unarmed individuals? Which is it?

Nah. She is dead because a racist cop wanted to kill a white woman.

But that’s not important.

In La. closed doors are seen as conserving the a/c in the building. But youre still welcome to come in

Only one person went through that window. That person was the only one shot.

Apparently that doorway was the last line of defense the cops had to protect the members of congress from a very large mob.

Regardless, it's very sad all the way around.

I’m intrigued by three separate supposed barristers defending police shooting an unarmed women who posed no imminent threat to anyone in the same thread.

Fascinating.

All with not a single legal argument.

Either every cop who shoots someone should be named publicly or none should. Why are those cops who were later shown to have justifiably shot someone still named publicly while the cop who shot Ashley Babbitt seemingly protected?

Actually in Louisiana your doorstep is the threshold by which you get a rebuttable presumption of a justified shoot when an intruder crosses it.

Seems somewhat pertinent.

Why is this cop seemingly the only one whose name isn't immediately blasted in the media? We have Ashley Babbitt's shooting on video but the cop who did it will never be named? You're ok with cops killing unarmed people?
