No. They haven't. But let's go over them just to be sure...

The only claim thus far that may have been proven (evidence hasn't been released due to ongoing investigation) is that of Manafort accepting payment from Ukrainian President Yanukovych (and when that came out Trump kicked Manafort to the curb). I say "may" because any evidence they have hasn't been made public yet.

The DNC claims that Russia hacked their servers but they conveniently have refused to allow the FBI access to them. The claims made by Comey that it was a Russian hack were 3rd party (pulled from data they got from CrowdStrike). The DNC eventually gave copies of their servers, but a 12yr old could falsify data in that scenario.

To add to that, Assange still sustains that the emails weren't Russian in origin. None of the data Wikileaks has ever released has been refuted so thus far there's no reason to believe he's lying.

Everything else is -at best- circumstantial (Trump wanting to do business in Russia) or outright bullshite (Cohen's Prague trip in August, passport records show him going only to Italy and that was in July, he was back in the US by August).


So, no, the CIA has not "already corroborated a lot of what's in this dossier".
