It's rather apparent he's directing it at the current administration and President, not the people of the US.
Exactly. If the US people had any power the rightful president would be in DC and this likely would have never happened.

State dept issues new alert saying they cannot ensure safe passage of Americans to airport
With the report of US military operatives working with the UK SAS, then this new State Department release, it is appearing more and more likely that we have seen a split between the Administration/State Dept. and military leaders on the ground/at the Pentagon.
That would be quite a significant development.

But just call his arse out by name.
He said the Commander in Chief when talking about the US military.

There's a lot of crazy shite happening, but this is towards the top. Hillary Clinton is a private citizen who has no position in our government, consulting on foreign and military affairs with a foreign head of state.
I would actually prefer world leaders talk to Barry over Biden, or even Bill. That is, if we are insisting upon a Democrat running point.

We’ve betrayed the Kurds, the Cubans, the Iranians, the people of Hong Kong and Xinjiang, Afghanistan, and within a few months Taiwan. We are untrustworthy.
Kind of makes you wonder why the rest of the world didnt save them? Seems like we are the only ones attempting anything at all.

always thought that would be Tax payers money when any American gets evacuated. Obviously not.
Yea, the state department or DOD is going to bill anyone who gets evacuated, etc, and very rarely do they even arrange evacuations. The policy is all on the state department website. Definitely something to be aware of before you travel to troubled areas.

Then a few months later; the US Gov't sent her a fricking bill to pay for her own evacuation from Egypt to Turkey. If she didn't pay it, it would have been added to her Tax bill.

Pretty sure Honkus got a bill for his evacuation out of Wuhan last year.

I’d take Barry back over Biden anyday.

I can only fricking hope so.
Everything about this situation is pissing me off and it is infuriating that more people are not aware/speaking up about it.
I had a coworker ask if I knew what was going on over there. She had no clue, only that the Taliban had taken over. I had to explain the whole situation going back months.
Un-fricking-real

How long until the Taliban decides to take out the runways? What’s stopping them? This administration is going to do shite but send a letter and uninvite them to international happy hour with John Kerry
Two guys and a mortar tube can render that airport unusable.

When and how did we abandon the HKers and the people of Xinjiang? We bear no responsibility whatsoever for either situation.
Cuba and Iran were 50-60 years ago but I suppose we fricked the US supporters that existed back in the day.
You’re right on the Kurds and Afghans.

We are seeing unprecedented things happening, that you really have to read between the lines to catch. I don't expect, at this point in time, for outlets to be going in depth on a lot of it. Hopefully, it all comes out in the wash.
