The great thing about the 2nd amendment is that it allows us to kill the people that infringe on that right. It’s very clear in the constitution!!

Agree. Hell, I get antsy when a cop is behind me and I dont have anything to worry about.

Probably because Ive watched too many badgecams.

Do not like the precedent this could potentially set up even though people who smoke a lot of weed probably shouldn't own guns.

“Shall not be infringed” means exactly what it says.

There really isnt a way to verify it though.

People already lie on their ATF forms.

What about people who drink a lot of beer? They're a hell of a lot more violent than the lazy pothead on the couch eating Cheetoes and watching cartoons. Not even counting hard liquor and the bloody mayhem that follows it.

I have a couple of problems with this. Big problems.

The greatest of which is that whatever you apply to the relationship between marijuana usage and guns, you can apply times five to alcohol and guns. I don’t understand how you set a president for one and not the other.

Yeah, I'm against it anyway.

But weed makes you stupid and anxious and contributes to psychosis in some people. If there is a population who shouldn't have guns, its regular weed users. Its just unenforceable.

Beer doesn't cause psychosis and riddle you with anxiety. But yes if you are drunk constantly you also shouldn't own guns. That is just as unenforceable as the weed though.

People on SSRIs should be considered way before MJ users
I'd bet more people arrested for a shooting have MJ in their system than those with an ssri.

Heavy weed use makes you fricking lazy and apathetic. The rest is propaganda from the liquor industry.

Okay, temporarily stupid. That part's fair.

Guess you've never met a true alcoholic

Anxiety is definitely high up on that list when the cant get a drink when they want it.

Neither does weed. In fact it works far better than Xanax at calming you the frick down.

I'd much rather see them address the Tranny and guns issue
