So you’re saying he would have said the opposite of what he actually said?

Don’t these rayciss white Supreme Court justices realize slavery keeps blacks from being able to qualify for college on merit alone? How are Native Americans supposed to learn geometry and chemistry when the white devil keeps stealing their land?

Hope the next thing overturned is those diversity internships freshman and sophomore years of college only for racial or sexual preference minorities

I concur with the decision. I believe that the justices interpreted the constitutional issue correctly.

Eh.. those internships are at private companies so I'm not sure how the Supreme Court will be able to overturn that (although I don't agree with diversity internships).

The reason affirmative action is now unconstitutional at Harvard is because Harvard accepts federal funding as a private institution.

But if Harvard were to reject that funding, they'd still be allowed to use affirmative action.

Not a lawyer though and think affirmative action was a ridiculous policy.

This. The internships offered are racist to the core. It is quite unbelievable.

I know it’s subjective and hard to implement in a fair way, but I propose that these schools should scout for attributes they currently neglect. Being smart is good, but there are other important ingredients as well. Too many of these people end up imbibing and serving harmful orthodoxies. They populate our corporations, sciences, and agencies, and they fall in line like little bots. If you want to know where the pipeline of sociopaths runs, visit Harvard.

There is aptitude, and then there is what you do with it.

If the American kid doesn’t have the grades or qualifications for admission, he is truly “undeserving.” An applicant’s race should figure no where in admissions policy.

I can’t wait for Xi to get thousands of DemProgFilth indoctrinated kids coming home.

So maybe a college degree, might begin to be worth the paper it is printed on.

I'm thinking this may spring a lot of cases regarding Affirmative Action and it's unfair effects on the better suited candidates.

Was listening to some commentary and the thinking is that these schools will ask for essays and weight those on discrimination experiences.

Problem though. They can be fake and not lived.

The freaks will still discriminate.

Exactly. Look at some of the Crown Jewels who have Affirmative Action degrees from Ivy League schools. I’m talking about intellectuals like Joyless Reid and Shelia Jackson Lee, both of whom don’t possess the brain power to blow their nose.
