I don’t like it. But, if the USPS is a few days late, not really the voter’s fault.
I’d prefer that they cut the date earlier for any mail in ballot. But, if that is not the rule, then it’s not the rule.
As easy as it is to early vote, there’s only one reason to push this: they’ll want to see how many votes short they are and manufacture 50 more.

The state court said such ballots must be counted if they are postmarked by Nov. 3 — and even if they are not, “unless a preponderance of the evidence” shows that the ballots were mailed after Election Day.
I’m not sure what the big deal is here...???

This is a prime example of why a ninth judge should be seated on the court pronto. These 4 to 4 rulings just means everything reverts back to the lower court and Lord knows how some of those guys interpret the law.

There will be tons of fake ballots taken and postmarked with 11/2/20 and kept in reserve. Don't forget who the post office is siding with and also, can'y you get your hands on any postage machine and change the date?

That makes no sense. If someone goes through the trouble of creating “fake ballots” why wouldn’t they submit those ballots on time rather than waiting until after election day??
