That's right up there among the dumbest things you've ever said, which is a pretty high bar. Western Europe hasn't fired a bullet in this conflict. But they are as much to blame for this war as anyone, because they climbed in bed with Putin to get their gas and oil. It's pretty much given him a free hand to do what he wants, hasn't it?

They have every right to be pissed. They made backroom deals with these guys, and paid their kids millions for no-show jobs. It should be back scratching time, but the political pimps running this administration, despite the onslaught of pro-war propaganda, knows it would be mid-term suicide.

Then when he did get elected, yall said it was because Putin and Russia interfered to install Trump as their puppet?
Then Biden was tweeting about how Putin didn’t want him to get the nomination because he was the only one running who could stand up to Putin.
But then Putin invades Ukraine while we have a supposedly tough-on-Russia Biden in office after being fairly well behaved while supposed puppet Trump was running things?

Highly nationalistic, proud, but didn't have jack squat but USSR leftover until US funneled billions in our weapons/machinery and training in there. All this escalation and funding and they're still asking for more freebies, weapons, funding.
Hopefully they realize the West is using them as a pawn to demonize and alienate Putin regime if nothing more.

I personally think we should help Ukraine. But the US owes NOTHING to them. I don’t see how any sound minded American can think we owe something to Ukraine. Let Europe handle it.

The US did denuclearize Ukraine.
If Ukraine had nukes, i promise you that Russia would not have invaded.
That said: today, europe has this. They are awoken to their own vulnerabilities and the inability of America to do anything competent every 4to8 years. You say, "let europe handle this". They will. Georgia, crimea, ukraine, afghanistan. The US has no credibility in the international defense planning. We are cursed like the bad news bears. We are lepers.
