We were never getting any money. This was their plan all along.

Was Ms. Lindsey not involved in drafting this thing?

Yeah, offering someone their full paycheck to be fired and go home can be dangerous. Obama had this happen-no one cared. I recall clearly people getting their full paychecks to sit at home.

Mean while it looks like they may pass something. But they say this every day.

If only someone had mentioned this over the last few days. These people are ridiculous. Every conservative that isn’t a politician saw this...

That's one of those Democrat sneak -ins. Put wording in legislation to do the opposite of what most normal Americans want and publicly declare the legislation is what Americans want. Despite what they tell you openly Democrats want more layoffs to hurt Trump so they can come in and save the day with more promises of bigger government. They are truly evil people.

Employers are already laying people off thinking there will be a massive bailout to cover their asses because they can't pay for their employees.

This is what happens when we try to rush an unnecessarily complex bill through congress without going through a review process.

Don’t spend it before you get it. They need to be removed from Congress.

That seems like a pretty substantial oversight. Not sure how they missed that.

Most laying off have nothing to do with a bailout...

I doubt they missed it.

Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if things like this were left in on purpose to give politicians reasons to openly be against the bill.

I think they already fixed it. I don't know how but they did. Most of them do not have a clue how the real world works. It probably took someone fresh in there to explain this.

This shite is painfully obvious, otherwise their bills would be one page at the most...

That is not the only problem. Self employed small business people are not eligible for unemployment benefits and are the ones that are being hurt the most. They "may" get small business loans they have to repay.
