It's funny: the prosecutor who Biden allegedly had fired for corrupt reasons (Shokin) even says in his affidavit that he heard for the first time that Biden bragged about having him fired and that “This is when it became clear that the real reason for my dismissal was my actions regarding … Burisma and Biden’s personal interest in that company,”
is it really surprising that the prosecutor didn't know right away why he was getting fired?

asking for an investigation into allegations that an American Vice President acted corruptly
Which would mean the same is true on the other end of the rope slick.

Are you surprised that people with influential last names get placed into powerful and/or high paying positions?
Really? That's your comeback? It's okay because it happens sometimes?
His daddy was the appointed point person on Ukrainian affairs in the Odumbf*ck administration -- THIS WAS PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE.
From testimony that has been given, pretty much every prosecutor was viewed as being corrupt. Hell, the entire f*cking country was corrupt. But, it was so important to Biden to get THIS PARTICULAR PROSECUTOR FIRED - the ONE prosecutor who was investigating the corrupt organization that was paying his COKEHEAD loser of a son $85K/month.
Why in the hell is the f*cking Vice President extorting the Ukraine? Have you ever heard of a Vice President extorting a country like this?
Hell, even Schifftforbrains' "bombshell witness" George Kent said that this should be investigated.
Are you really so much of a f*cking ignorant sheeple hack that you REALLY BELIEVE that the Biden's did NOTHING WRONG, nothing whatsoever?
Can ANYONE really be THAT F*CKING STUPID?

that is your best reply?
It's the only reply. Just look at Eric Trump for an example of someone worth a lot of money purely because of his last name.
I'm not clamoring for an investigation into Eric because IDGAF how much money some trustfund baby gets from a gig he doesn't deserve. It's none of my business.

You obviously didn't read the transcript.

Doesn't seem to me they met that threshold.

First, Eric isn't a COKEHEAD, sister-in-law-f*cking, Navy druggie failout who knows absof*ckinglutely NOTHING about a corrupt business that he is being paid $85K/month for a do-nothing job.
Second, Trump has never EXTORTED anyone or any country to make sure the Eric Trump wasn't criminally investigated.
If Joe Biden had a business and wanted to pay his COMPLETELY F*CKING COKEHEAD LOSER OF A SON to help run it, then no one would complain.
But, when you use billions of dollars of U.S. money because the corrupt oligarch, who runs a corrupt company that is PAYING YOUR SON $85K/month to do a job that he has NO QUALIFICATIONS to do, then, YEAH, THAT SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED.
And, the President has EVERY F*CKING RIGHT to ask for an investigation to make sure that money we give in the future isn't used in the same way that the Odumbf*ck administration turned a blind-eye towards because COKEHEAD Hunter needed $85K/month to score some blow.
Seriously, YOU JUST CANNOT BE THIS F*CKING STUPID.

What a stupid post. Being born rich is legal. Selling influence to the office of the vice-president is not.

The Iraq War enjoyed bipartisan support and international support. It began on a lie. The fact remains, we assisted in the overthrew of the Ukrainian regime. Only weeks later Biden's cokehead kid gets a job for which he isn't qualified. Biden then brags about firing the prosecutor investigating Burisma. You seem to believe that because a policy has bipartisan support it isn't corrupt.

frick's sake, the NABU was installed by our John Kerry State Dept., it was effectively run by our James Comey FBI, and it had Joe Biden as it's PR point-man. Hell, it was actually initiated by SoS Hillary Clinton several years before that.
It was THE mechanism for covering up US persons participation in corruption throughout Ukraine. Of which includes 2016 election meddling (including sourcing for the FusionGPS/Steele Dossier), and the theft and laundering of US tax dollars/aide through certain Oligarchs, state officials, and their affiliated O&G and defense contracting companies.
They helped oust Yanukovych to install Poroshenko. Conveniently, this was enabled by Obama's failure to prevent Russia from annexing Crimea which sparked a revolution that kicked Yanukovych out.
The whole thing was a setup to turn Ukraine into a proxy puppet government under certain US person's control. And you're nuts if you don't think Clinton, Kerry, Obama, and Biden are all elbows deep in it.
Don't be surprised if somewhere down the line we learn that the Uranium One deal was the bribe we paid Putin to invade Crimea so we could effectively manufacture regime change by revolution in Ukraine.
"If that fricker wins, we'll all be hanging by nooses." - Hillary Clinton

If that upsets you you should do a google search and see the people we are sending money to. Its pathetic
Yep, breakdown I did was $635 per person (annually) is sent overseas to other countries. This was based on people actually paying taxes (i.e. not including the 44% that pay no income tax). This number included USAID and was pretty quick and dirty.
That money could be better spent going to the local economy or being donated to local causes that the actual taxpayer believes in.
Politicians using our tax money to enrich their families is BS and should be grounds for losing their political seat, being tarred & feathered, and run outta DC on a pole. They (are supposed to) work for us, but, as it stands now, we work to pay money that they graft to line their pockets.

Shokin was the prosecutor general You are simply ignorant on the topic
The investigation didn't just disappear btw. It was adjudicated in court and both the Ukrainian court and London court dismissed the case based on a lack of evidence.
Joe Biden quite literally did nothing wrong in this specific instance. It's well documented that US (both Republican and Democrats) along with EU officials (especially U.K.) pushed to have Shokin removed in the year before Biden threatened to withhold aid -- that effectively kills the allegation of corruption. Unless you think they were all in on it to help Hunter Biden
The most obvious fact here that gives away the game is that Trump hasn't opened an official US investigation into the matter that could result in criminal charges
