You realize that James is going after him on the same stuff Trump pardoned him for. She figures that he was pardoned on the federal level but that it does not apply on the state level.

Ok so this confirms what I was wondering a few page prior. So what allows NY to charge him? Is he a resident of NY or is the non-profit located there? OR is it something like where some NYers donated so they are defending them kind of BS?
It baffles me how the dems like opening up these cans of worms, and will cry when used against one of theirs. I'm sure a few Red states will be able to find a pardoned leftie or 2 to arrest.
