Opinion is noted. My opinion matters as much as yours thankfully. I am not a tyrant but also want the wrong that was created to be rectified. If that takes “tyrant” type actions so be it. Here is the problem, when you have tyrant type actions that cause a problem (Biden and his handlers purposely causing a damn INVASION) you must have a reaction to solve the problem in a timely manner. The legalities that you and the libtards will make it impossible to fix the problem. Every illegal stepping across the border takes nothing but the gate being open. To eradicate takes years. I guess we should give the frick up and give our children, property and tax money to them. Enjoy you mental Moron.

I’m not opposed to this but it will face obvious legal challenges.
1. It can only be suspended due to rebellion or invasion due to public safety. Personally I think there is a strong case for arguing illegals particularly gang members are an invasion and danger to public safety. However it will challenged and argued that we aren’t being invaded because it’s not from an enemy military.
2. While the clause in the Constitution does not explicitly give power of suspension to any one branch, it is strongly implied the power goes to Congress. Precedent has been Congress must suspend it, or a president can initiate suspension with congressional approval thereafter. Unilateral suspension by EO has been generally seen as unconstitutional
Unless GOP Congress grows a spine, I doubt Trump can pull this off unilaterally
