As far as OK goes you are seeing the descendants of outlaws. Old maps show OK as not Indian Territory but Outlaw Territory. I wonder if that stat is only whites? Or did they throw the dreaded “ white hispanics” in their count to close the gap slightly! Not that it helped much, if they did! :)

If the administration is ready to spend hundreds of millions to combat crime in specific ares, rather than wasting the money on short term deployments of untrained national guard troops, they should instead use that same money as block grants for the hiring and training of additional police in any area they feel needs additional police.

Agreed, and the issue is so far gone that even immediate entitlement reforms would take a generation to even begin to improve. I feel that toothpaste is already out of the tube and we’re past the point of return. We should still try though, for sure.

In that second example, it's like they said "we need more Whites repped in jail, so go thru and find all the blacks with uni-race (black or honkey redneck), and change them to 'White'." I doubt you'll find a "White" black guy that has an apostrophe in his name.
