how the hell are illegal aliens counted in a census for determining representation when illegals have no right to vote to be represetnted?
This conundrum baffles my mind. They can't vote, so how are their number counted towards voting for the house when they can't vote.
Obviously dems want these people who can't vote to be given weight towards voting in the house even though they can't vote and shouldn't be given any weight.
I understand. It doesn't have to make sense. And democrats are unlikely to make sense.

You really think illegals can't vote? They are not suppose to but I can guarantee that some, if not many, do. Especially in states that register voters through DMV and allow illegals to drive.
