Who the frick came up with this squatter bullshite ?
Somebody in England way back when when it "wasn't fair" for someone to have a city home and a country home that they didn't occupy full time while there were other people out there without homes. Or something sort of like that. I think.
And I will guarantee you that there are at least a few people here that agree with the sentiment.
"Why do you need two homes when there are people that don't have any homes. That's not fair."

How can you criminally trespass in your own home ?

I walked into my house and I found someone had broken in to my house. I was afraid for my life so I shot them. 30 times

. You've got to get them out of the house, trick them if necessary, take physical possession and call the police while they're trying to get back in.
I have said this in other squatters threads I would walk into my house with my guns and tell the squatters I am going to take a 15 minute nap in my bedroom and when I come out if they are in the house I will call 911 for the breaking and entering and start shooting Because I am in fear of my life

Justify this statement. I really want to here your reasoning on this. Someone breaks into your home and essentially steals everything including the home. And refuse to leave
Breaking into your home is different than refusing to move from a vacant home which is the only situation I heard of

How did they get into the "vacant" home in the first place?

Does it ONLY happen to unoccupied properties, where a person notices nobody lives there and just moves i

This is a truly horrible thing to say without elaborating on the obvious underlying questions: what weapon, caliber, distance to target, bullet, ballistic coefficient, weather, and a general mention of spindrift and corealis.

Why note just swat these POS?
Get somebody to call and claim he is waving a gun out the window threatening people then swat takes care of bidness

Yeah, I moved from one blue state to another...Maryland to Georgia.
Georgia at the state level is 100% red: all constitutional offices and both chambers of our congress. Also the specific topic of the discussion pertained to gun laws in Maryland. Georgia had constitutional carry before most other states. Also, we have strong laws against CRT and trans crap in school.

Welcome to liberal logic example 7539. We can not co-exist with people that think like your example.

Same in Cali, took 4 month for some friends to get non payers out of a rental home, to get eviction notice 30days to vacate and they had to hold all items in home for them for an addity40days
Dog shite and piss throughout entire house complete gut coated 100k to repair and now they are selling to try and recoupe some money and lose headache

I would definitely shoot someone if they broke into my house, especially if they tried to claim it's their house. That would indicate to me they are clearly insane and very likely to do harm to me, my family, or my property.

This has to rank as one of the biggest injustices in this country’s history, and the fact that law enforcement and the judicial system are behind it clearly demonstrates just how corrupt and broken all of it actually is, as are those who are in positions of political power and do nothing except enable it to continue. They are the real squatters who must go.
