I don't understand their business model. How can they be throwing around hundreds of millions of dollars for someone like Neil Young ($150mm) or Joe Rogan ($100mm) and that's just two. I realize Joe is one of the most popular podcasts out there but stil.....

In related news, I listened to Rogan for the first time on Spotify yesterday which I'd just downloaded. Before that, I'd listen to random clips on Youtube but as of yesterday, I actually downloaded the app.

I’ll be honest, I somehow have like 3 phantom Spotify accounts. One even showed up on my expense report!

They can cancel in the app. Service stops at the end of the billing month. Why does customer service need to be involved?
