Spotify customer service being overwhelmed with cancellation requests

To answer the first question y’all are asking
No, preventing people from canceling is not legal. It’s a deceptive business practice and forbidden in every state I know of. Also violates FTC regs.
If this lasts hours, it’s a tech issue
Longer, it becomes a legal issue

If you try to cancel Spotify but can’t, take a screenshot, plus send an email to customer service and save that.
Then if you still can’t cancel and they charge you for February, challenge it with your credit card company — and you’ll have receipts
