Ummm. They would show high levels during an infection or in the subsequent weeks/months. They will usually be higher than unvaxxed because their bodies were trained against a specific target on the virus rather than the overall virus, which splits and makes antibodies at lower levels per target for more targets.
The overall argument she is making is based on her assumption of no recent infection. She is an idiot. The vaccines had/have their issues and I don’t recommend them, but she is full of shite when she claims no sign of infection without any evidence.
Patient could have easily had an asymptomatic infection recently, and she’d have little ability to know unless she was tracking the patient fairly regularly (like once a month) over a multiple year timeframe.

Since you know so much what were specific allegations and what was the actual court ruling in the dismissal.
I'm sure you know that no judge put that in the Order for dismissal and it is unlikely the court only ruled on the pleadings

Nothing in the court decision discusses the actual facts of the case for the dismissal it was based on an unsigned affidavit in violation of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure

Do you know the legal parameters for motion to Dismiss? Obviously not
The statute in question requires a sworn affidavit it doesn't mean facts don't exist but she didn't have a sworn affidavit that is all this cases about
