Didn't these guys get the whole continent of Africa?? And elephants instead of mules?? 
How did Indian civilization figure out how to live in the jungles? Why do all of Africa's best civilizations consist of Arabs in the desert? I wonder how Spike would answer those questions

40 acres and a mule was for an entire family, not individuals. WT Sherman estimated 18,000 families and was going to give the 400,000 acres of Confederate land - which wasn’t even 40 acres.
Using the 40 acres amount, each of those 18,000 descendants will share their families 40 acres. That would be 720,000 acres. BLM has 245MM acres. 222MM acres in Alaska is owned by the Feds. Just give them their 720,000 acres in Alaska and their 18,000 mules and cut off all welfare.
That would be full reparations. It’s up to them to divide it between their family.
