They are. And as it relates to constitutional hierarchy, Trump is correct. Though that is just the beginning of the inquiry.

YES THEY DO!

I don't know if that is true or not. I just wanted to yell back at you

So then why the all caps rant saying they don't?

Irrelevant to the subject of whether the FBI and DoJ work for Trump.

You are missing the scheme. The establishment GOP wants him gone as bad as the left...maybe more. This is a perfect Out for them. He's gonna drown draining the swamp.

They'll nab Carter Page or some other underlying on a misdemeanor or something small to justify their investigation and multi-million dollar fee and then it will be done.

As for your assertion that the president cannot be guilty of criminal obstruction of justice b/c he has the pardoning power, that too is incorrect b/c he still has to exercise the pardon power. If convicted, until he does, he is guilty. ^ And even that makes a lot of assumptions.

He can issue the pardon BEFORE any conviction. This is not uncommon and has been done in the past. In other words, he can say "Michael Flynn I hereby pardon you for any crime that you may have committed during the election process" which would make Flynn immune from prosecution for those crimes. That means that Mueller would literally be wasting his time pursuing a guy that's immune from all prosecution.

So if the president has this power, how can he "obstruct justice?" Answer: he cannot. If the president can pardon, he cannot obstruct. Otherwise, you'd have to take his power of the pardon away.

When it comes to criminal law, the president (and a Governor) is a King. They are the final authority on who is and isn't guilty. If we don't like it, we can have Congress amend the constitution.

Not true. Look at all the leak investigations, DWS, and Awon investigation. This is NOT going where you hope

1. Fun fact: federal grand juries indict 99.99 percent of the time (WSJ)

2. If this grand jury comes up with nothing worse than stains on a blue dress we'll know that this is a witch hunt.

But the same libtard Twitter feeds that knew about this grand jury weeks ago also say that what Mueller has on the Trump family is 1,000,000 times worse than Watergate.

It'll be interesting to see if they're right.

I think a quite a few people will be indicted - flynn, page, and manafort - are the most high profile subjects. But there will be some lower level GOP operatives indicted.

It isn't going to get to trump, unless he does something stupid going forward.

Remember that little bit on secrecy I cited from the FRCrimP?

Yeah, the leaks have already started.

subpoenas
Isn't that kind of what they do? Issue subpoenas and take testimony?
