I think her email probably has to do with it being a joint installation with the Danes? Trying to smooth over the potential bad blood between the forces sharing the installation? I wouldn't assume maliciousness but her arse is likely getting chewed regardless. Trying to keep professionalism on the installation in an awkward scenario but risk being framed as a voice "breaking with Vance" in the effort. Sucks but that's the risk of climbing up to those eagle perches.

If his concerns are reflective of Trump's concerns, then the Space Base absolutely agrees whether it wants to or not. Disagreeing would be very unwise.

Huh? I’m specifically talking about DEI in the military. If the commander came out against the Biden administration’s DEI policy, coming out against the CIC, would you still advocate for their removal?
