Notice they use "in cases where speech is not protected under the US Constitution and the First Amendment."
You can be guaranteed if an employee talked shite about George Floyd or something similar, the standard would be "this person does not embody the spirit of inclusiveness and tolerance that Clemson represents" and been fired.

Nothing is going to happen to Clempson. Scroosters " friends " are all tough talk and no action. As much as I would love to see Clempson get defunded I know our state. There will be tough talk with Clempson suspending the professor and possibly firing him then the drum rolls will die out and this will go away in the wind.
