If someone volunteering to fight in a foreign war as a mercenary didn’t understand that this could be the outcome then they shouldn’t have gone. Plain and simple.
There should be no effort outside surface level requests to send them back to the USA. No negotiations no nothing. If Russia says no those dudes ain’t worth the political shite storm.
