The guy shot in the arm has a Paramedic hat on and had a pistol.

Between the video of the guy chasing the shooter and throwing something at him, and the pics and video of the guy hitting him with a skateboard and the other guy with a pistol in his hand, the shooter kid will walk easily.

I hadn't seen that video yet. So the original guy shot in the head by the cars was part of a group chasing the shooter to that location as well. So he was running and retreating from the very beginning. Do we know what started the beginning of the chase or is it the usual carve out the loan guy and assault him?
