So you find illegal that missed court and deport, what about anchor baby?

Here we go again, separating the kid from the parent.
If you deport the whole family....you have taken a child, who is a US citizen and moved them into a foreign country.....thats a field day for any lawyer, much less a SJW one.

You should have to be born of a citizen to be a citizen. That needs to be changed

Agreed Ng, but its too late to drain the swamp when you are up to your arse in alligators....illegals.
This is another no win strategy. You separate them from the kid and deport there is an uproar, you tell them you are the legal guardian and the kid goes with you, and you have effectively kidnapped a US citizen and thrown them into a foreign country.
This whole thing is such a mess.
I do think the majority of Americans are sick of this shat. It will get some of them out of the country, scare some from attempting to come, and scare a whooole lot of them from voting illegally.

Let the parent make the choice.

The American justice system does this to Americans on a daily basis sending parents to jail for crimes they have committed. Why should Illegal Immigrants be excluded from this practice when we do it to Americans?

Is the baby who is born to a parent who is a citizen of Guatemala, not also a citizen of Guatemala?

That's exactly why they're coming here to have kids -- because they know the children will be granted citizenship and they can cheat the rule of law to achieve that. That's BS -- Send them all back and send a message

It should be the parents choice. Take the anchor with them (and it can return when it turns 18), or the parent can find someone legal and sign the child over to them.
