Wife's a nurse so she does and bugs me...but I haven't had one since the cheap arse company I worked for (Suntrust) started charging for them. That was 15 years ago, haven't had one since.

Given the amount of aluminum, which is a well published neurotoxin on the same level as mercury, it is a bad idea on just about every front.

Wow, a whole lot of ignorance (or trolling) in this thread.

I wondered why such a question is posed in the political talk forum. Then I realized that the ignorance on display is a visual explanation of how Trump got elected.

Melt! I don't want that poison in my body.

Wait a sec...

They say that every year. It's easier to make lots of money when you fear monger.

There are several reports of vaccine developers and doctors refusing to take the shot themselves. That should tell you all you need to know. That and the list of ingredients.

Germophobes these days are overdoing it. They use so many anti-bacterial products that it reduces their immune system and makes them more susceptible. My immune system is just fine without pumping even more chemicals into it.

If I didn't criss-cross the country, going through dozens of airports, taxis, rental cars and hotels, I probably wouldn't get it. But when your job has you going one day to New York, the next day to Huntsville, then out to Seattle and back to DFW,you run into all kinds of crud in the winter. Having a kid going to public school doesn't help, either. Best that I get the shot.

Probably not.

There are 150 million shots produced and 300 million people in the country. I'm in the bottom half for risk so I'll leave the shots for people who need it more.

Unless you’re severely immuno-compromised, I’d skip it.

If you’re severely immuno-compromised, stay in your room until April and skip it.

On what information do you base this recommendation?

Are you saying that all vaccines have these items in them?

I hadn’t had one for 12 years up until this month last year and in January I had the flu.

Before that, 12 years ago was the last time I had the flu. So yeah, I’m probably not getting one this year.

Well the multi use flu vaccines at least have thimerosal in them. Usually these toxins are called preservatives. If you are pregnant you should be very careful to vaccinate since you could be giving your baby a nice dose of toxin. Further compare heavy metal poisoning to autism. Lot of similarities. Or how Alzheimer's brains have very high amounts of aluminum in them and the best way to cross the blood brain barrier is via blood, like a vaccine.

0.5 parts per billion (ppb) mercury = Kills human neuroblastoma cells (Parran et al., Toxicol Sci 2005; 86: 132-140).
2 ppb mercury = U.S. EPA limit for drinking water.
20 ppb mercury = Neurite membrane structure destroyed (Leong et al., Neuroreport 2001; 12: 733-37).
200 ppb mercury = level in liquid the EPA classifies as hazardous waste.
25,000 ppb mercury = Concentration of mercury in the Hepatitis B vaccine, administered at birth in the U.S., from 1990-2001.
50,000 ppb Mercury = Concentration of mercury in multi-dose DTaP and Haemophilus B vaccine vials, administered 4 times each in the 1990's to children at 2, 4, 6, 12 and 18 months of age.
50,000 ppb Mercury = Current "preservative" level mercury in multi-dose flu (94% of supply), meningococcal and tetanus (7 and older) vaccines. This can be confirmed by simply analyzing the multi- dose vials.

I do the same. I also figure I am increasing my library of resistance to the flu for my later years.

When the Spanish Flu, 1917 Type A flu that killed millions worldwide, makes its round again maybe I will have enough immunity to survive it.

I get at least one flu shot a year, sometimes more. I go to CVS and wait behind the little screen as instructed. I drop my pants and stick my arse towards the woman who is giving the shot. When she screams, I pull up my pants and apologize profusely and say that the lady who did it last year gave me the shot in my butt. They always fall for it.

Maybe I’ve said too much.

20% effect means it’s a joke and only a money maker for doctors and off shore globalist vaccine producers who went offshore in other countries to escape the liberal liability laws and penalties in the US over deaths and complications to vaccines......

I've never had a flu shot and haven't had the flu in forty years.
