The Left is currently working through a campaign to redefine conservatism.
Since they control most of the media and large tech companies it's pretty damn easy.
Conservatisim is being rebranded as White Nationalism, which is equated with Racism, Nazism, Xenophobia, etc. etc.

FWIW, the Ohio shooter's mother had this image as her background on Facebook, a couple of years ago. The same meme the left was using trying to tie Trump to hate groups, a while back. I don't believe this one will fit the narrative the media is looking for- so his name will likely go away first.
