If Bill Gates is anywhere near the vaccine that is pushed, I won't be taking it. Taking a vaccine developed by a man whose other hobby is population control gets a big hell no from me.

Actually they can. Or they could take away numerous privileges.
Some states allow religious exemptions, others do not.
However in this case the initial doses will be available for at risk people, healthcare workers, first responders and military.
I doubt it would ever be mandatory for young people. Just recommended.

Now, my understanding is that most vaccines have similar ingredients other than the antigens, and the main issues is figuring out the antigen part.
Chemically we aren't testing a new drug.
Cutting through FDA red tape doesn't necessarily mean that its being rushed. Speeding up the process could mean skipping it to the front of the line for FDA review.

Interestingly, the SCOTUS case in which these Governors are basing their power to issue stay at home orders (or at least the case law that supports their EM statutes) is predicated on this exact situation.
Jacobson v Massachusetts is the case.
States, or Congress, could mandate being vaccinated, it would appear. They could potentially fine you or prevent your travel.
I’m concerned you will not be able to pass through TSA without proof of vaccination.
