I guess they do not count since the majority if their populations are not ethnically “Arab.”

I not going to argue the merits of one over the other, but the Israel thing didn't get the credit it deserved.
And, considering the effects the shutdown is going to have on the food supply to poor nations, I wonder how that Kenyan food bank is going to look in the short- and long-term.
