In short Trump wanted to open before Easter, said he had constitutional authority to do so. Dems and media howled that Trump was making himself king and how dare he say he had the authority. Trump says fine, I’ll let states decide. Like clockwork Dems and media started howling about how reckless it is for states like Georgia are opening up, we need the Fed to decide and keep states closed.

- State governments made these decisions
- governors are in charge of the state decisions , mayors in some big cities
- the President’s position is that sttes know what they need and they should be making the decisions for their states
- guidelines are covered almost daily at this point via press conferences - states can do what they will with that
-states decide what states will or will no do

We live in a Republic where states have rights. We aren’t being ruled by a dictator as is often screamed by the left.
